NACA is a non-profit organization that combines aggressive community advocacy with comprehensive homeowner services. We are the country’s largest housing services and community advocacy organization with “America’s Best Homeownership Program.” Visit www.naca.com for more information.
NACA has achieved great success since its founding in 1988 through its advocacy against predatory lenders and a mortgage program which provides unprecedented support to homebuyers. NACA supports homeowners with credit counseling, budgeting skills, mortgage origination and processing, as well as financial assistance for those at risk of foreclosure. No other program offers this level of support, which accounts for NACA’s very low mortgage failure rate. I invite you to read NACA success stories at www.naca.com.
As a non-profit organization, our mission is to stabilize neighborhoods and maximize homeownership opportunities for working people. NACA closes thousands of loans per year. All NACA participants receive the same terms regardless of their credit score or financial standing. NACA’s “Best in America Mortgage” which is offered through special programs at Citibank and Bank of America includes:
- No Down Payment
- No Closing Costs or Points
- No Use of Credit Score
- A Below Market Interest Rate
- No Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI)
What are the Eligibility Requirements for the Program? All income levels are eligible for the NACA program. Participants cannot own another property at the time of closing on a NACA mortgage. This is essential since it is owner occupants that stabilize communities.
In closing, we are hosting a FREE purchase workshop on Saturday, 02/18/2017 that will provide more information to people that would like to purchase a home with NACA’s “Best in America Mortgage.” Prospective home buyers will have the opportunity to learn about the NACA home purchasing process.
